August Atelier was founded by Creative Designer August Kennedy, a Heritage Interior Designer with a passion for historic hand embroidery and custom embellishments for fashion and home décor. Inspired by her love for Georgian and Regency fashion, she incorporates these styles into her work. 

We aim to inspire others to elevate their wardrobes by celebrating the artistry and creativity of high-end fashion and household accessories. Working closely with clients, we help them create personalised designs that express their unique style in sophisticated ways.

From humble beginnings, we’ve grown through dedication and continuous improvement, guided by our belief in collaboration and integrity. We’re passionate about our craft and excited to share our story.

Our commitment to quality means selecting only the finest materials—luxurious fabrics like silk, velvet, linen, satin, taffeta, and wool, enhanced with metallic threads, silver and gold embroidery, glass and crystal beads, and silk and satin ribbons. Our admiration for the Regency and Georgian eras inspires us to weave their stunning embellishments into our creations.

Our designs feature unique details such as handmade fabric-covered buttons and carefully crafted buttonholes. We also create floral motifs for bed linens, inspired by French trousseau bundles.
